CEO & Owner of Flat Top Paramotors
Teresa has been part of Flat Top Paramotors from the beginning and has always played an important role in the company’s success. As a mother, she has spent years supporting her family’s involvement in paramotoring while helping manage the business behind the scenes.
She oversees daily operations, finances, customer service, paperwork, scheduling, and many of the details that keep the company running smoothly. Teresa is often the person customers turn to when they have questions about orders, payments, training, or general company information.

David Alvarado
Mechanic & Paramotor Assembly Specialist
David has worked as a mechanic for many years and brings extensive hands-on experience in diagnostics, repair, fabrication, and precision assembly.
At Flat Top Paramotors, he helps assemble, inspect, maintain, and repair paramotors and related equipment. His mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability help ensure each machine is assembled correctly and prepared for dependable operation.

Jordan Schanze
Contract Test Pilot & Product Development Consultant
Jordan has been flying since the age of seven and brings nearly two decades of paragliding and paramotor experience to Flat Top Paramotors. As a test pilot and product development consultant, he provides real-world flight testing, technical feedback, and design input for new equipment.
Jordan contributed to the development of the Dominator 2, helping refine their design, performance, and usability. His extensive flying and instructional experience provides valuable insight throughout the testing and development process.
Jordan is also the owner and lead instructor of ParamotorPro PPG School.
